  1. One mistake (prod issue) and you have to support it for the throughout your life (product life).
  2. If you spend more time doing it than any day to day task, people think you’re insane.
  3. You can do it for money or for fun or your passion.
  4. It often takes another experienced person to appreciate what you’re doing.
  5. However, there’re some folks who pride themselves on their lack of experience.
  6. It doesn’t make any sense at all if you try to explain it in strictly technical terms; should be a mix and match of theoretical and practical stuff.
  7. Some people are just naturally good at it.
  8. But some people will never realise – how good you are or how bad they are, and you’re wasting your time trying to tell them.
  9. There are a few freaks with bizarre practices nobody really is comfortable with.
  10. One little thing going wrong can ruin everything.
  11. It’s a great way to spend any free time you have.
  12. Once you get started, you’ll only stop because you’re tired or bored.
  13. Everyone acts like they’re the first person to come up with a new technique.
  14. Everyone who’s done it successfully pokes fun at those who haven’t.
  15. Beginners do a lot of bragging about their first time.
  16. You’ll miss it if it’s been a while.
  17. Sometimes it’s fun to use tools.
  18. Other people just get in the way.
  19. Once you get addicted to it, you keep on trying it more often and more variations.
  20. There’s always someone willing to write, talk or guide about the only right way to do things.
